For the first time in its 22 year history, the most exciting event in the student physicist calendar will be coming to London . The International Conference of Physics Students (ICPS) is an opportunity for networking amongst the next generation of the physics community, building both professional and personal contacts with delegates from around the world, whilst absorbing the blend of culture and science on offer.
This years event will be bigger and better than ever, with full scientific and social programmes planned. Mon 16/07/07 - General Update
The organising committee has been extremely busy over the last month extending the conference to as many delegates as possible. Due to the massive demand we have experienced the conference has now been expanded to maximum capacity. The committee has opened up the conference from 300 delegates to 340, allowing many delegates on the waiting list to confirm their places. As all places have now been allocated we are now unfortunately unable to accept any more registrations. All delegates holding place on the waiting list have already been informed whether their registration has been accepted or declined. If you submitted a registration to the waiting list and still do not know its status please contact us as soon as possible on icps2007support@iop.org.
The committee has also refereed all abstracts submitted to the conference and invited all accepted authors to give a lecture or poster presentation. Details of lecture slots and poster allocations during the conference will be posted shortly. The authors of all declined abstracts have also been notified. If you have submitted an abstract for consideration and still do not know its status please contact us as soon as possible on icps2007support@iop.org.
